Dice all ingredients and keep them separate. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, ketchup, and mayonnaise together, then add 2 teaspoons salt and pepper to make a thick sauce.

Spread the sauce evenly over the sandwich bread, then sprinkle the diced vegetables on top, finishing with the shredded cheese.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 10 minutes.
