Ingredients

Cheesecake 30 minutes, topping 10 minutes
Makes 2 large cheesecakes
  • 3-8 ozcream cheese
  • 6egg (separate yolks and whites)
  • 1 1/2 Csugar
  • 3 Tflour
  • 3 Tlemon juice
  • Topping
  • 1small sour cream
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 Tvanilla

Steps

Cheesecake 30 minutes, topping 10 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg yolks, and lemon juice

  2. 2

    Mix well

  3. 3

    Beat egg whites and fold into mixture

  4. 4

    Make a graham cracker crust and put in bottom of 13x9 pans

  5. 5

    Pour cream cheese mixture on the crust

  6. 6

    Bake cheesecake at 375 for30 minutes

  7. 7

    When cake is cool combine topping ingredients

  8. 8

    Place on top of cheesecake

  9. 9

    Bake at 400F for 10 minutes
