Combine cloves,black peppercorns, cardamom & cinnamon. Dry roast them for 1-2 minutes,till the aroma comes. Cool completely.

Now take the roasted ingredients in a mixer jar, grind to a fine powder. Add dried ginger powder & nutmeg powder & grind again so that everything is mixed well.

Remove the fine tea masala & store in an airtight container. Use 1/2 t.spoon of tea masala to make masala tea. Enjoy a hot cuppa of refreshing Indian Masala Tea in the winters.This tea is not only refreshing but fights cold, builds immunity, relieves pain, boosts energy & helps digestion.
