Ingredients

  1. Left over rice
  2. 2sausage,cubes
  3. Halfsmall carrot,cubes
  4. 2eggs
  5. Onne tsp butter
  6. Some salt
  7. 2dried mushroom soaked cubes
  8. Some slices of choisam stalk,round

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fry the egg then set aside.

  2. 2

    Stir fry the sausage,carrot,choisam stalk and mushroom until done.

  3. 3

    Then combine egg and rice and mix all together.

  4. 4

    Keep cooking until done and season with salt to taste.
