  • 500 gmsbaby potatoes
  • 50 gmscornflour
  • 1-2 pinchesgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspchilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 gmsbread crumbs
  • 50 gmscorn flour

  1. 1

    Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water. Be careful not to overcook them, they should remain whole.

    Take a bowl Mix the breadcrumbs and flour in a bowl

    Add the spices and mix well. Roll the potatoes in the resulting mixture.

    Fry baby potatoes  in heated oil, until they aquire a golden color.

    They are a great appetizer.
