  1. 200 gmtofu (or soft tofu)
  2. 2onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 2red chilli
  5. 7-8kaju
  6. Some garam masala
  7. 2 green cardamom,
  8. 4 black pepper,
  9. 1/2 inch dalchini,
  10. 2lavang
  11. 1 tablespoonkitchen King masala
  12. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  13. 1 tablespoontomato sauce
  14. 1 tablespoonschezwan sauce
  15. 1/2 cupCurd
  16. 1 tablespoonkasuri methi
  17. 1 teaspoonDhaniya and jeera powder
  18. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tofu in to small pieces

    Cut the onion,tomatoes add in a pot add some water and cook this for 5 minutes also add kaju and red chilli

  3. 3

    Put this mixture in a mixer grinder,also add garam masala and grind this mixture

  4. 4

    In a bowl add curd,add some tomato sauce,Schezwan sauce,salt as per taste,kasuri methi,kitchen King masala,red chilli powder jeera and dhaniya powder mix this properly add the tofu,onion and chopped capsicum marinate this mixture for 15 minutes

    Now put the pan on the gas add some oil,add jeera,and above mixture cook this for 5 mintues,add the marinated mixture of tofu

    Cook this for 5 to 6 minutes

    Add some chopped coriander and eat this tofu curry with roti or naan

  8. 8

    It's delicious
