In a cooker, add 2 tb oil.

Add 1bayleaf, 2-3 cardomn and 2-3 cloves

Add 1 tb jeera

Add 2 chopped onion and 1 chopped tomato and mix well

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and coriander powder

Cook well

Add peas and potato

Add garam masala and pulao masala

Cook the masala properly for 2-3 min

Add rice (wash 2-3 times in runnung water)

Add 1 tb ghee and mix gently

Add 3 cup water

Add coriander laeves, 1 tb salt and 1/2 lemon

Cover the lid and cook until 2 whistles at high flame

Open the lid when cool

Aloo matar pulao is ready to serve
