Ingredients

15 minutes, prep. time - 10 minutes
2 servings
  • 6bread slices
  • 4 tspthousand Island dressings
  • 2 tspchopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tspchopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tspchopped yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tspchopped onion
  • 2 tspchopped tomato
  • 2 tspboiled frozen green peas
  • 2 tspboiled sweet corn
  • 2 tspchopped cucumber
  • 2 tspchopped carrot
  • 2 tspchopped green spring onions
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspsalt to taste
  • Green chilli mint coriander chutney as required
  • Butter to apply on breads
  • Thousand Island dressing to dip sandwich and tomato ketchup to serve

15 minutes, prep. time - 10 minutes

    Take a bowl, add all chopped veggies, add salt and black pepper powder, mix well.

    Now add thousand island dressing. Mix well. Salad is ready to make a grilled sandwich. Take bread slices, apply butter and green chutney.

    Spread evenly salad mixture on bread slices. Put a bread on each salad. Gently press it.

    Heat a grilled sandwich sandwich maker. Apply butter, and put sandwiches in it. Grill it, turn off. Take out from grilled sandwich maker.

At the age of 18, I got married to a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son. So, day by day, I improved myself, and today, cooking is my hobby, my passion. My husband, Mr. Kamal Sampat always supports and motivates me.
