Stuffed poatato kulcha

In a bowl take warm water add dry instant yeast add sugar put this mixture for 10 min,to active the yeast

Now in a plate take bread flour add some salt in the middle make a hole and add active yeast mixture,some curd and make a dough and keep it for 2 hours cover it with moist towel

Now take boiled potato,and smash it properly add some red chilli powder,kasuri methi salt and make the poatao balls

Now on the rolling board roll the dough ball,add the potato ball and cover it,and make the kulcha add some kalonji seeds,and coriander leaves

Now on the pan on the high to medium heat, roast the kulcha from both sides add some butter
- 6
Your kulcha is ready serve it with chole or raita
