Crispy peanut gud chikki (uttayan special)
Steps

Dry Roasted peanut let the remova the skin by rubbing then take a bowl. Cover it with butter paper take a pan add gud/ jaggery in it. Melt it on low flame.

Take a bowl add water in it. Add Jaggery mixture in it. Check it by chewing if it not stick on tooth then your mixture is ready

Add pinch of baking soda in it. Add 1tsp ghee in it. Swich off the flame. Add peanut seeds in it.mix it properly. Grease smooth stone surface put mixture on it. Roll it out thi. Cool down it completely.
