Melt gud in water.in a bowl take makkai atta. Add til and ghee strain gud water as much needed to make a firm dough.use extra water to make dough and maida to bind the makai atta.

Let it rest. Make small puri with hands. Fry in oil or ghee.fry on slow to medium flame.if more gud is added the puri will break in oil.
