I usually eat this as a snack with my kids, so I want to make it healthy and quick. It only takes 5 minutes to prepare before baking.

If you making a crust, put the cocoa biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them. Then, add milk to moisten and lay in the mould. For 18 cm [7.1 in] cake pan (or round). Recipe by haraya

Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsSweet potato (or kabocha squash)
  2. 200 gramsCream cheese
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 70 gramsSugar (or raw cane sugar)
  5. 200 mlHeavy cream (low-fat)
  6. 20 gramsCake flour
  7. For the crust (optional)
  8. 10Your favorite chocolate cookies
  9. 1Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave the sweet potato (or kabocha squash) until soft and then let it cool.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients together using a hand mixer.

    Pour the batter into the mould lined with parchment paper and drop it on your counter a few times to get rid of the air. Bake it at 180°C for 40 minutes.

    I made this nice pattern on the top with chocolate sauce before I baked it.
