  1. Casserole
  2. 1 lbfrozen green beans
  3. 1 1/2 cupFrench fries onions
  4. Sauce
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 4 clovegarlic
  7. 1 tbspflour
  8. 1/3 cupchicken stock
  9. 1 cancream of celery or asparagus soup
  10. 1/2 canmilk
  11. 1 dashsalt
  12. 1 dashpepper
  13. 1/4 cupheavy cream (optional)

    preheat oven to 350º

  2. 2

    Bring salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until done (4-5 minutes.) Then shock in an ice bath to stop cooking.

  3. 3

    Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add flour to make a roux, cook another 2-3 minutes. Add chicken stock and bring to a simmer.

  5. 5

    Add can of celery or asparagus soup and 1/2 can of milk. Can use more or less of any ingredient, depending on your taste buds.

  6. 6

    Add salt, pepper, and any other spices, then the heavy cream at the end if needed.

  7. 7

    Mix up sauce and green beans, pour into a casserole dish. Add french fried onions to top. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

    Play around with this recipe, it's the best green bean casserole I've ever eaten! Enjoy!
