  • Handfulpudina leaves
  • Handfulcoriander leaves
  • 2big size gooseberry
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspoon cumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel bottle gourd.Cut into pieces.Also gooseberry s.

  2. 2

    In a mixer jar add bottle gourd pieces, pudina leaves, coriander leaves, black salt, gooseberry pieces and cummin seeds.

  3. 3

    Add one cup water and churn well.filter from siever and serve.
