1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbsporegano
1 Tbspcumin
Chilli flakes
20 glight butter
1minced garlic
1 Tbsptomato paste
1/2Chopped Onion
150 mlMilk
60 glow fat cream cheese
Chopped spinach

Steps

Slice the chicken and mix with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, cumin and chilli flakes.

Cook 10 mims at high heat the rest of the ingredients.

In another pan add the test of the ingredients, low heat 2-3 mins.

Add the cocked chicken and macaroni to the mix.
