Drain all the Soaked dal.wash and cut palak leaves.Blanch for a minute.

In a grinder jar add Soaked lobia, green chillies, coriander leaves grind coarsely.

In a mixing bowl add this mixture, blanched palak, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder,salt and bhajni flour.Add whole soaked chana dal, soaked moong dal,mix well.

Add 1/2 tspoon eno.Activate it.In a plastic paper take lemon size ball flatten it and make hole in the middle.Fry this in oil till reddish brown.

Serve vada with tomato sauce.
