Low-Calorie Oatmeal Chocolate Tart - Sweet and Comforting
During the holiday season, you can prepare some low-calorie, low-sugar desserts. The perfect combination of banana and chocolate is always a winner. Even though it's sugar-free and low-calorie, it doesn't compromise on taste.
Steps
- 1
Mash the bananas into a puree, then mix with the oatmeal and cocoa powder until well combined. Brush the tart molds with a layer of butter, spread the oatmeal mixture into the molds, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes to set.
- 2
Heat the milk until it starts to bubble, then turn off the heat. Place the dark chocolate in a container, pour in the milk, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Mix well, then pour the chocolate milk into the baked tart shells. Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder. To cut, heat the knife first for a cleaner slice!
