Holy Basil (Tulsi) Tea

Crush ginger, add pepper tulsi & ginger in water. Boil it on low flame till ingredients absorbed very well.

Now add tea leaves & sugar in it. Boil it again for some time. When it become turn in to dark kahwa, add warm milk.

Stir it continues from spoon. Boil the tea on mideum flame till 2 to 3 minutes. After that cover it & leave for 3 to 4 seconds.

Now tulsi flavoured kadak tea is ready. Enjoy with biscuits & namak Para in winter.
