Beetroot & sesame seeds Cutlet is a crispy, vegan snack made of beetroot, potatoes, and flavored with spices. These beetroot tikki can be served fried, baked or air fried along with some ketchup or used as filling for wraps and Burgers. These are delicious!!

Beetroot & sesame seeds Cutlet is a crispy, vegan snack made of beetroot, potatoes, and flavored with spices. These beetroot tikki can be served fried, baked or air fried along with some ketchup or used as filling for wraps and Burgers. These are delicious!!

👉Grate beetroot. Grate boiled potatoes. Wash poha in a colander and keep aside for 15 minutes to drain all water. Mix all the masala ingredients and ginger garlic paste and lemon juice in it.

👉Add bread crumbs and poha and mix and make a dough.

👉Now divide it in 8 parts. Make balls and press like tikkis.

👉 Spread sesame seeds in a Plate. Coat one side of cutlets on Sesame Seeds and then gently pressed sesame seeds on cutlets.

👉Heat cooking oil in a griddle. Shallow fry cutlets on a non-stick pan.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
