Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,musters seeds and pinch

Add finely chopped onion,and sauté until golden brown.add ginger garlic paste and sauté a minute until the raw smell disappears,incorporate chopped tomatoes and green chilies,until tomatoes are soft.

Add turmeric powder,chill powder,,coriander powder,salt to taste and mix well,put the hara Choliya in to the pan and stir to them coat with spices

Pour enough water to cover the chickpeas and let it simmer until they are cooked and the curry thickens.Sprinkle a garam masala add fresh cream.ready Hara Choliya curry with fresh cream.garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fresh cream and serve with rice or roti
