In a bowl take all flour, rice & spices mix well; add all veggies ginger garlic green chili paste
Mix it well check the seasoning if required add if required add 1-2 tosp water to make dough

Divide into 4-5 equal portions. Roll each portion into long cylindrical shape muthiya. Till you are making muthiya; place greased steam container on gas; place muthiya in it & cover it; steam on high flame 🔥
Steam muthiya for 30 a35 minutes till cooked; before removing from steamer check with tooth pick / knife 🔪 Cool and cut into slices.

For tempering ~
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when it crackle add sesame seeds and curry leaves & sliced chili. Pour mix veggies muthiya in it & toss it nicely; garnish with chopped coriander leaves. & coconut 🥥 flakes
