Rose infused water

This Rose water helped me to controll the hair fall. I spray it all over on my scalp on the day I want to wash hair. Keep it for 30 min and wash as usual. I apply hair oil to the length of my hair and massage the scalp for a few minutes to increase the blood flow.

Steps

20 min
  1. 1

Separate petals from the roses. Wash them well and drain out. Do not just turn the water down in the colander. Rather, lift the petals from the water and transferring them to a colander. This way all the sand and dirt from the roses will remain in the water.

  2. 2

Transfer the petals in a sauce pan. Pour hot water over them, just as much or less than the level of the petals. Cover the pan and SIMMER it for 20 min over low heat. STRICTLY, DO NOT BOIL IT. Sieve the water. Let it cool.
