Ingredients

  • Buy Grass-Fed Organic beef tenderloin at butcher or Whole Foods
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Butter of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. 2

    Season Fillet w salt and pepper on both sides. Press into meat

  3. 3

    In a frying pan with butter, sear all sides of the tenderloin for 4m each

  4. 4

    Place skillet in oven for 7 minutes to cook to medium rare
