Buy Grass-Fed Organic beef tenderloin at butcher or Whole Foods
Salt & Pepper
Butter of choice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Season Fillet w salt and pepper on both sides. Press into meat
3

In a frying pan with butter, sear all sides of the tenderloin for 4m each
4

Place skillet in oven for 7 minutes to cook to medium rare
