Matar chilka sabzi

Firstly peel the chilka and then boil potatoes with pea chilka in a wok.

Then grind the soak rice with onion and garlic and make a fine paste.

Mix the gram flour and all spices in paste of rice.

Then peel the potatoes and cut it small pieces and put them into the rice paste. Mix it well.

Now take a wok and heat the oil and put the aloo matar mixture in it.

Now fry it till it gets golden brown on medium flame.stir it in every one or 2 minutes.
Serve it with chapati or paratha.
