Lettuce is a leafy green or also known as salad leaves, originated in ancient Egypt but at present it is cultivated in USA , China and India. There are around 11 to 16 types of lettuce that are cultivated from whcih Iceberg, Romaine, leaf etc. are most common. Lettuce are more often used for salads but they are also used in soups, sandwiches, wraps etc. Lettuce is a rich source of vitamin A, C and B6 and potassium. Romaine lettuce is a type of head lettuce that is typically deep green coloured, elongated leaves. It is also known as Cos.
Here is lettuce wrap stuffed with spicy schezwan noodles and veggies filling. This is perfect for an evening snack or as a starter.

Steps

Wash and blanche lettuce leaves.
Let's make stuffing. For that keep ready all veggies and spaghetti. - 2
Heat oil a saute onions.
Further add rest of the veggies and stir fry it on high flame for a couple of minutes.
Then add schezwan sauce and cook for a few seconds. - 3
Add boiled spaghetti and mix well. Lastly add salt,vinegar and black pepper. Turn off the heat.

For preparing the roll, take one lettuce leaf, trim it if needed. Put prepared filling in centre. Fold it from all the sides. Prepare all rolls in same way.

Heat skillet and grease with little oil and cook roll from both the sides.

Serve hot.
