My friend is a Pampered Chef Director and I love their sauces especially the Rum Sauce...so i decided to make this dish and it turned out Delicious 😊

Crockpot Spicy Pineapple Rum Chicken

Ingredients

3 1/2-4hrs.
6 servings
  1. 6Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  2. 1 BottlePampered Chef Spicy Pineapple Rum Sauce
  3. 1-2Green Bell Pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
  4. 1-2Red Bell Pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
  5. 1-2 CansPineapple Chunks, drained
  6. Salt and Pepper, to taste
  7. 2 C.White Rice

Cooking Instructions

    In a Crockpot/Slow Cooker add ur chicken breasts. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to season. Add bell peppers. Add pineapple chunks. Last pour rum sauce all over top. Cover and Turn to high. Cook for 4hrs. or til chicken and veggies are cooked through.

    Meanwhile close to the end of chicken being done. Cook ur rice in a Large pot. Add 4-6 cups of water with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling turn heat down to medium low. Cover and simmer til rice is tender and most if not all of water is evaporated, make sure to stir often so rice dont stick or burn to the bottom. Once done turn off n set aside. Til ready to serve.

    To serve add some rice, then a chicken breast, n spoon some veggies and sauce all over top. Serve Immediately and Enjoy 😋.
