In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt,red chilli powder, leftover carrot, beetroot, tomato pulp mix it well. Now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.

Now after 10min.knead for dough now take a small portion. Make a round shape and little oil on the rolling base and roll it now fry on a high flame.

Flip it on both sides.poori is ready.
