Ingredients

Makes about 12 ounces

1/4 cupsmoked paprika
1/4 cupbrown sugar
3 tablespoonsgarlic powder
3 tablespoonssalt
2 tablespoonsonion powder
2 tablespoonsground black pepper
1 tablespoondried parsley
1 tablespoonchipotle powder or 1 tablespoon chili powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper
