At first, wash the potato properly and peel out the skin. Then cut into round shape. Keep them in water. Keep aside. Take a bowl add kuttu flour, salt, black pepper, green chilli and mix well. Add potatoes and mix everything well. Use water as required.

Heat ghee in kadhai and dip the potato slices in kuttu flour mixture and pour in kadhai. Fry in deep ghee till golden brown and crispy from both sides. Take it out in a plate. Kuttu Pakore are ready now. Serve it hot with green chutney, lemon pickle and curd and enjoy......😋😋

#Fried_Peanuts_: Take a kadhai and add ghee. Let it hot add peanuts and fry it. Take it out in a plate. Add Rock salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Fried peanuts are ready to eat now.......😋😋

#Aloo_Chat_: Take curd in a bowl and whisk properly. Add sendha salt, black pepper powder, green chilli and mix well. Then add boiled potatoes and coriander leaves and mix everything well. Dahi aloo chat is ready. Serve in a bowl. Ready to eat and enjoyyyy....😋😋
