In a mixing bowl put the sugar and oil and mix them together and the vanilla/orange peels

Add the two eggs and mix

Ina a cup of water add the Hollandia powdered milk and a spoonful of sugar then stir well. And then we pour it into the bowl, and mix well.

After that we add into the bowl 🥣 sieved flour gradually while mixing it. And lastly add the baking powder and mix carefully.

Then put it in the baking pan and bake it using the traditional way or in oven
