Ingredients

  1. 2drumsticks
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tspchat powder
  7. 1/2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspAamchur powder
  9. 1 tspchopped coriander leaves
  10. 1/2 spoonrice flour (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Take out the outer skin of drumsticks and cut into finger size sticks. Boil with salt until fully cooked.

    Add all the dry masalas and chopped coriander leaves. If you still see moisture is there, sprinkle half spoon of rice flour.

  3. 3

    Spread the masala coated sticks on a hot greased tawa. Flip and get all the sides roasted.

    Add few drops of lemon, Serve with rice and dal.
