Cook lobster necks on the grill, or buy ready-made ones. Leave to cool.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater or cut into small strips. Place in a heap on a plate.

Cut fresh cucumber into small cubes. Place in a mound next to the cheese.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Place next to the cucumber.

Place the corn from the jar next to the tomato.

Remove the shell from the cooled lobster, cut into small pieces and add to the salad.

Finely chop the greens. I have dill and green onions. Decorate the middle and add mayonnaise.

In this form, the salad looks like a flower. You can serve it straight up and mix it on the table.
