Ingredients

  1. 1 piecepotato
  2. 1 canpork leg
  3. 5 tablespoonscooking oil
  4. 200 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up cooking oil in frying pan with medium heat. Saute the sliced potato till evenly cooked. Add some water and simmer to boil.

    Add the pork leg.

    Mix evenly and bring it to boil.

  4. 4

    Put it in a pot. Tip: Add a bit of hot water so that the potato won't completely dry up the gravy which is great for serving rice.

    Ready to serve with rice.
