Steps

Cook chicken breast with mixed ground peppercorns and herbes de Provence. Let it cool down. Then slice into bite size.

Slice the lettuce and the spring onions. Cut avocado in half then slice inside the flesh to have cubes then scoop it out.
- 3
Add all ingredients in a bowl.
For the sauce mix béarnaise sauce and half a lemon juice. Mix well - 4
Serve and enjoy. I'll add a picture later.
