Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1chicken breast
  2. Sweetcorn tin small
  3. 3spring onions
  4. 1avocado
  5. leavesbaby Spinach
  6. leavesCoriander
  7. Sweet gem lettuce
  8. Béarnaise sauce and half a lemon juice
  9. Herbes de Provence

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook chicken breast with mixed ground peppercorns and herbes de Provence. Let it cool down. Then slice into bite size.

  2. 2

    Slice the lettuce and the spring onions. Cut avocado in half then slice inside the flesh to have cubes then scoop it out.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients in a bowl.
    For the sauce mix béarnaise sauce and half a lemon juice. Mix well

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy. I'll add a picture later.
