Grind dal without using water if you are making in morning soak dal @ night ; wash it nicely in morning & keep in strainer for 15-20 min

Combine everything well ; see in picture
Shape it into CUTLETS
Heat pan on gas put some oil & shallow fry the cutlets both side till golden color - 3
Garnish with onion rings coriander leaves & pomegranate … you can see in pic
