Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers with Ground Beef

Steps
- 1
Wash and dry the bell peppers. Cut the tops off two of them and remove the seeds and white membranes.
- 2
Finely chop the remaining bell pepper, the onion, and the garlic cloves. Place everything in a small pot with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well.
- 3
Place a piece of parchment paper in the air fryer basket (without the rack) to prevent scratching, then set the pot with the chopped vegetables on top. Set to AIRFRY at 320°F (160°C) for 20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.
- 4
After 12 minutes (with 8 minutes left), add the ground beef to the pot with a little salt. Mix well. Cook for another 6 minutes.
- 5
Add the white wine and increase the temperature to 400°F (205°C) for the remaining 2 minutes.
- 6
Add 4 tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce, chopped basil, and oregano. Set to AIRFRY at 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes. Stir halfway through.
- 7
Fill the prepared peppers with the mixture. Set to AIRFRY at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- 8
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Set to AIRFRY at 355°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
- 9
Finish by setting to AIRFRY at 400°F (205°C) for 1 minute.
