Soak quinoa for half an hour
Heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle,add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins,now add green peas,french beans and carrot and saute for 2 - 3 mins. - 2
Add soaked quinao and salt and mix well,add three cup of water and cover the lid and cook for ten mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
