Ingredients

  • 2zucchini,strips
  • 1yellow bell pepper, strips
  • slicesGarlic, ginger, shallots
  • Halftsp oyster sauce
  • 1little minced beef
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour cooking oil in a pan then stir fry thr.minced beef until the color changes.

  2. 2

    Then stir fry ginger,garluc and shallot until aromatic.

  3. 3

    Then the zucchini stir fry and add just a little water.

  4. 4

    Cook until done.
