For stuffing:-
In a mixer jar add leftover bread peda,dry fruits powder,sugar - 2
Grind it now add dryfruits mix it well.niw stuffing is ready.

For the dough
Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, ghee. Mix melted ghee with all-purpose flour and rub with your palms.Knead a soft dough using water.Cover and keep aside.To make gujiya,Knead the dough for a minute.Divide it into pieces.Coat the ball with all-purpose flour.Now pinch a small ball sized dough and roll it to a ball.
further, roll to a slightly thick puris and cut to a round shape.Keep the rolled disc in the gujiya mould and fill it with 1 and ½ tsp of filling. - 4
Apply the sealant on the borders.now design with the help of fork.Heat ghee in a heavy bottom kadai.Deep fry the gujiyas on medium low flame till lightly browned.Gujiya is ready.
