Soak the quinoa for an hour.

Boil the quinoa and cook till all the water is absorbed.Remove fromstove and keep aside.

Now heat oil in a pan.

Add the finely chopped onions and cook for a minute.

Now add the diced bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add the quinoa and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add salt and pepper powder.

Remove from the stove and serve hot.
