3eggs
Salt, to taste
8-10grape or cherry tomatoes
8-10cooked asparagus spears
3 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese (about 20 grams)
Parsley, to taste

Wash the asparagus and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the Parmesan and a pinch of salt.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the egg mixture. Add the asparagus and halved tomatoes.

Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
