Cut the yam into small pieces and pour water add a little turmeric powder, tamarind to it.. boiled it..

Once the yam cools, pour oil in a pan and fry the yam until golden...

Pour some oil in a pan and season the fennel seeds, curry leaves and add the onion and fry well. When the onion turns brown, add the tomato and fry well.

When the tomatoes are fried, add the chilli powder and saute them.. in a mixing jar, add the coconut onion, pepper, fennel seeds, ginger, garlic and grind them well. Add the ground paste and saute well..

Add the roasted yam along with the coconut paste and add required amount of salt and fry it well.

Now the delicious yam coconut masala roast is ready
