When Holi - Dhuleti festival comes, Thandai a cool drink is mostly prepared. Today I made a Thandai rose lassi to celebrate the festival of Holi. This lassi is very easy to make and if Thandai masala and rose syrup are available at home then this delicious lassi can be made in no time.

When Holi - Dhuleti festival comes, Thandai a cool drink is mostly prepared. Today I made a Thandai rose lassi to celebrate the festival of Holi. This lassi is very easy to make and if Thandai masala and rose syrup are available at home then this delicious lassi can be made in no time.

First add the Thandai masala to the milk, mix it well and let it soak for 10 minutes.

Add powdered sugar to curd and mix well with a hand blender.

Separate 1/4 of curd from it, add rose syrup and chopped rose petals to it, mix well and keep aside.

To the rest of the curd, add the Thandai masala soaked in milk and mix well.

Now take a serving glass and first add rose lassi to it and Thandai lassi on top.

Garnish it with chopped rose petals and dry fruit slices.

So the Thandai rose lassi will be ready to serve.
