Place the ingredients in a pre heated oven (oven tray should be lined with foil)

Let it roast for 15 minutes, making sure to toss and turn every 3 to 4 minutes to allow all sides to brown

Once done, allow the nuts to cool and store in a tight container. Enjoy!
