Quick and healthy banana pancakes

Ingredients

2 people
  1. 2bananas
  2. 2eggs
  3. 2-3 tbsspelt flour (or regular)
  4. 1bit of cinnamon
  5. Coconut oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mash bananas, add remaining ingredients and mix with fork. If too thick, add some milk; if too liquid, add some flour. Then start baking them.
