Poha Namkeen
Steps

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add peanuts and cashew nuts. Roast one minute on low flame. Take out and keep aside.

Add 1/4 cup oil in the pan. Let it warm. Add poha and fry for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Stir continuously. After 3-4 minutes poha is flaky and crispy.

Take out in a bowl.

Again heat one tbsp oil in a pan. Put off flame and let it cool. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and curry leaves to the oil. Oil is still warm, so saute for few seconds.

Pour over poha. Add peanuts and cashew nuts. Add salt and amchur powder. Mix well.

Poha namkeen is ready to be consumed.
