Ingredients

  1. 1-2 lbsjumbo shrimps (~about 8)
  2. 1 Tbsplemon juice
  3. pinchsalt & pepper
  4. 2 sticksbutter
  5. 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil
  6. 12 clovesgarlic finely sliced
  7. 1 tbsptomato paste
  8. 1 tsppaprika
  9. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  10. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  11. 2 Tbspchopped parsley
  12. 1 pinchtoasted garlic
  13. 4-5dried hot chili peppers or 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  14. some toasted thick crusty bread to soak up all the yummy garlic flavor

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Clean, peel and divined your shrimp. Then marinate with lemon, salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Put butter in pan and add a pinch of olive oil. Add garlic, paprika, tomato paste and oyster sauce.

    Once your sauce is ready, add shrimp. Put the temperature a bit higher. Once the shrimp is fully cooked top with chilli flakes, toasted garlic and parsley. Serve with toasted crusty bread and enjoy!
