These are crunchy oatmeal cookies. They are very easy to make with simple ingredients.
About this recipe
I was inspired by mickeyjunkoca's recipe and wanted to make it healthier by adding plenty of oatmeal. It might be fun to make a big one like something out of the picture book 'Gurumpa's Kindergarten', break it into pieces, and share it!
