Microwave the yakisoba noodles in the bag for 2 minutes. Roughly chop the vegetables, and julienne the carrots.

Mix the sauce ingredients together.

Stir-fry the meat, vegetables from step 1, and green onions in sesame oil. Once softened, add the noodles and the sauce from step 2, and stir-fry well.

Finish by drizzling sesame oil for flavor and sprinkling white sesame seeds.
